At ONVA, every watch is individually inspected, regulated, and ONVA Certified before it leaves our workshop. We want you to purchase with confidence. If your Day Diver isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your watch must:
- Be in like-new condition with no signs of misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, warranty documents, and protective materials.
- Not have been engraved, modified, or serviced by anyone other than ONVA.
ONVA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Complimentary Worldwide Return Shipping
ONVA provides complimentary return shipping worldwide for all approved returns.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for safely returning your watch.
Inspection & Refunds
Every returned watch is inspected by an ONVA watchmaker upon arrival.
If the watch meets our return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your return has been inspected for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges paid to government agencies are non-refundable and may not be recoverable, depending on your country’s regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Watches that have been engraved or personalized.
- Watches modified or serviced by anyone other than ONVA.
- Watches damaged through misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Gift cards.
Warranty Service
This Return & Refund Policy is separate from the ONVA 10-Year International Warranty.
If your watch develops a manufacturing defect after the return period has ended, it may qualify for service under the terms of the ONVA International Warranty.
